If you're happy that the lid doesn't close fully, you can put it all in the Gloomhave box and reclaim some shelf space by disposing of the FC box. If you have Forgotten Circles and keep the manuals in that box, the lid closes with all parts from the game and expansion in the Gloomhaven box. Putting it in the box: Fits exactly as it says. I had some minor fraying on one piece where I didn't take enough care pressing it out but there is so much interlock that the tray is not affected at all. If it won't go in, you have the wrong piece or it's the wrong way up. Everything fits and nothing needs to be forced. After that, it just snaps together and, in the event you do end up with a piece the wrong way round, you can aesily disassemble the tray and pop it back in. Press out each piuece as you need it from the indicated sheet of parts. Go through the instructions, building each tray from the bottom of the diagram upwards.
